YOUR PATH. YOUR PURPOSE.
One-on-one coaching for leaders who want to become more intentional in how they live, lead, and serve.
“FOSTER AND POLISH THE WARRIOR SPIRIT WHILE SERVING IN THE WORLD; ILLUMINATE THE PATH ACCORDING TO YOUR INNER LIGHT.”
-SENSEI MORIHEI UESHIBA (FOUNDER OF AIKIDO)
Life and leadership have a way of pulling us away from ourselves.
Responsibilities grow. Decisions become more complex. The demands of work, family, and service rarely slow down. Over time, many people find themselves reacting more than responding, carrying more than they should, and wondering why success doesn't feel the way they expected.
Coaching creates space to think clearly again.
I work with executives, business owners, and other leaders who want to perform at a high level without losing themselves in the process. Our conversations are practical, honest, and focused on what matters most. Whether you're navigating a career transition, leading through uncertainty, strengthening your relationships, or simply trying to become more intentional, coaching provides a place to step back, gain perspective, and move forward with purpose.
There isn't a predetermined curriculum because no two people arrive with the same challenges. Together we'll identify what's getting in the way, clarify what matters most, and build the habits and practices that support the person you want to become.
My role isn't to give you all the answers. It's to ask better questions, challenge blind spots, provide perspective, and help you make decisions that are aligned with your values and the life you're trying to build.

Is Coaching Right for You?
Coaching is a good fit if you're ready to invest in your own growth and willing to do the work between conversations. The goal isn't simply to solve today's problems. It's to build the awareness, habits, and character that will serve you long after our work together is complete.
Start with a Conversation
Every coaching relationship begins with a 30 to 45-minute conversation. We'll discuss where you are, what you're working through, and what you're hoping to accomplish. If coaching feels like the right fit for both of us, we'll talk about next steps.
