02 - 06 December 2025 | Bozeman, Montana
Rites of Passage is a unique offering made possible through collaboration with The Arete Path and The Station Foundation. Designed for retired, active-duty, and transitioning Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel.
Set in the mountains outside Bozeman, Montana, far from the noise and demands of modern life, Special Operations Warriors are invited to reconnect with something deeper and timeless. Immerse yourself in the ancient wisdom and rites of passage that define the Warrior Ethos. In this sacred and rugged environment, you'll join a tribe of like-minded individuals on a journey of challenge, resilience, and awakening.
This is more than a retreat. It’s a step into clarity, purpose, and personal truth. This experience offers a meaningful rite of passage inspired by ancient traditions and built for modern transformation.
The 4-day, 4-night experience includes a self-supported “Ethos Journey”, best in class mental and physical training, and the powerful Misogi ceremony, a revered Samurai tradition that symbolizes purification and renewal.
Submit applications no later than 17 October 2025. As part of the selection process, telephonic interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis as applications are received, up until the notification date. Final notifications of acceptance will be sent no later than 24 October 2025.
